Delivery and shipping conditions

The delivery of goods is carried out by shipping to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery address specified in the Seller's order processing shall be decisive in the processing of the transaction. Deviating from this, if the payment method PayPal is selected, the delivery address deposited by the customer with PayPal at the time of payment shall be decisive.

If the transport company returns the dispatched goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. This does not apply if the customer effectively exercises his right of withdrawal, if he is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery, or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the seller had given him reasonable advance notice of the service.

Delivery is made to the following countries:
Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain.

Customs exceptions within the EU:
France: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Le Réunion, French Guyana, Saint Martin, Mayotte.
Greece: Mount Athos
Spain: Canary Islands

Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

from an order value of 40 Euro we deliver free of shipping costs

Delivery times

Currently our delivery times are approx. 2 - 5 working days after receipt of order. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
